On a periodic basis, I update this site with new pictures, and as more and more images get added to the site, it can be hard to keep up with what's new and what's not.  To facilitate the occasional visitor, I've developed this New Images page as a 'temporary residence' for recent photos.  As time goes by, I'll move the new images to their rightful homes and load up a new batch .. hope you all enjoy looking at them as much as I enjoy taking them .. !

This New Images update includes pictures taken from May thru December, 2014.  The Page Index with links is shown below:

May 2014

Went out looking for foxes or active dens in late May .. didn’t find any sign of our foxes (wonder where they went??) but did manage to locate a few wild "flowers" surviving in the dunes as well as a remarkable dandelion getting ready to propagate .  I also captured a few golf course and vicinity landscapes with some of our remarkable sunsets as well.   A little backyard blue bird is an extra bonus .. :-)

June - July - Aug, 2014

Found myself with some time after Wednesday golf, so went out to wander around the Palmer front nine looking for whatever I could find.   With all the rain this summer, we are getting an amazing August bloom on our “knockout’s” and lush fairways/shrubs .. plus some wildlife visitors that usually aren’t in the “posing” mode.   If you’re a golfer, take the time to look around – we have some amazing scenery that can be easily overlooked …
